Day 27- Herrington Harbour North, Deale, MD
Day 27 May 13
The boat has not been properly charging the batteries so Paul had a marine electrician and his helper on board this morning to figure out why. When you see this first picture, it usually means you see something like the next picture.

Since we are back at the marina where a bunch of electrical work was done last summer, I want these guys to sort out the problem.
Herrington Harbour North is a full service maintenance and repair facility in addition to being a resort marina. In this picture they are lifting 2 different boats out of the water for service.
The lift is being driven by this guy using a remote control. Who said playing videos was useless?!
All the grounds and building are very well maintained and landscaped.
They have miles of walking trails with signage about flora and fauna.
This made me curious enough to walk over and take a picture. The sign says- What is this? This is a Bug Motel and it can provide sanctuary to solitary bees, beetles, ladybugs and even butterflies. These are an excellent addition to home gardens . Fun fact: Beetles are actually the largest pollinating group in the world. Bees numbers are fewer but they are far more efficient.
Paul's friends from the DC area drove over and joined us for dinner.
Fun was had by all!
Thanks Shaz, Amber and Anastasia for joining us.
The thanks I get for buying them all dinner. Sheesh.
