Day 83 & 84- Killarney, ON to Little Current, ON
Out for the morning walk, I now know how dangerous it is to trespass in Killarney!  They are really strict about the trespassing, but they now have a serious loitering problem.
The local tour boat.
The Little Current Swing Bridge.  A single lane former railroad bridge is the only land connection from Manitoulin Island to the mainland.  It opens once an hour and it's very slow.  If you can't get through in the 15 minutes they allow, you wait an hour. The bridgetender graciously told me that there was 16 feet 8 inches of clearance, so we went under.  He actually came out to watch and said it looked mighty close.  Cheryl was up top to memorialize the event.  We made it!
On a motorcycle trip from Rhode Island to Sturgis, I actually crossed this bridge, having taken a ferry from Tobermory down south of here.
Going under the bridge with enough inches to spare!
Three Cows and a Cone.  Get the ice cream, skip the hot dogs.
For my flower lovers.
 DAY 84  July 9
We spent a 2nd day at the Little Current Town Dock.
Peaceful day accomplished a few projects and relaxed. The photo journalist and commentators needed a day off so only a few pictures today.
This video shows the sunset as it continued to intensify.
The camera on my phone usually enhances the colors of the sunsets, but, the colors of this sunset were as intense as seen in this picture. Incredible!!
